Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed through minjque.studio. Dutch consumer law takes precedence where it grants you stronger rights.

Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, we cancel that line and refund it in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency configured for your region and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.
Shipping
We dispatch in 2–3 business days. Free shipping applies to orders over the threshold shown in the shopping bag. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns
You may return an unworn piece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See the returns page for the procedure. Made-to-order and engraved pieces are excluded.
Intellectual property
The MINJQUE STUDIO name, designs, photography and copy on this site belong to the studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.
