Returns & exchanges

Any unworn piece in its original packaging, with the studio pouch and care card. Engraved and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.

Email support@minjque.studio with your order number and which piece you are returning. We reply with a return address and instructions within 24 hours.

Pieces should be unworn, without scratches, perfume residue or size alterations. We inspect returns on arrival; pieces that show wear may be returned to you at your cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece arriving back and passing inspection. Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to a fault on our side.

Size exchanges for the same piece are free within the European Union once; outside the EU we charge the return shipping difference. Tell us the size you need in your first email.
